National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll charged for no toll for pune registered car

For MH12 registerd cars there is zero toll on Khed Shivapur toll plaza.

Toll was deducted for my car MH12GV8618 on 30 Oct 2020, 12 Nov 2020 and 7 Feb 2021.

Lady on toll window said that no toll will be charged still amount got deducted.

Gatkari Sir should take necessary action against all this.
