National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll charges at Vanagaram toll gate - same charge in both side with in 24hrs

Sir,
AT Vanagaram Toll gate, i was some times being charged the same rate in the morning and also in the evening, indicating both (S, S), your office is setting up fraud and collecting more money.
This is not happening for one time, but for 5 times to me alone.
Ashamed of such transactions being happened and looting public money.
Please fix this get me the refund.
