National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll charges on fake slip and waiting of more than 1 hour at toll gate

Hi,
I had traveled from ghaziabad to kundli, using epe. At duhai gate, i was given a hand written slip, which was fake and on kundli toll, there was waiting of more than 1 hour as only two toll counters were operational. The complaint was raised by me at the toll gate, but was ignored and i was threatened to pay the toll.

I paid inr 70 as the toll, but whats the use o[censored]sing expressway when the amount of fuel and time consumed is more than the normal route.
