National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll collected for road still under construction from chitradurga to hubli on nh4

Dear concerned,

My grievance is related to the toll charges collected between chitradurga to hubli on nh4. There are over 20 diversions we take from the highway en route to hubli and chitradurga and service roads are poorly maintained and in an inebrious state. Exorbitant tolls are collected from commuters for this pathetic road. The travel time has increased by more than an hour and a half to travel through this 200 kms.
