National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll collection against rule and misbehaviour

I pass thru Agra bypass and observed toll barrier we’re not opening in auto mode than operator ask me to take my car reverse and forward multiple times, post that he tried to scan manually but it didn’t worked. I observed he came closer to my car noted car Reg number and than enter the info in system.I ask that it should work in auto mode and waiting time was over 10 min so he should let me go without toll fee.
He misbehaved and told me “bahut Delhi hai tum jaise hai pradhan mantri se shikayat kar dena.
