[Resolved]  National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll collection charged even when suspended by union minister of road, transport and highway

Hejmadi toll plaza hads charged me rs.35/- even though the same was suspended in view of the coronavirus outbreak.

I am a banker and as our job comes under essential service sector, i along with my colleague had to travel to our udupi branch from mangalore. We informed the toll collector about the waiver of toll but he was not aware of it. Please find attached soft copy of my fasttag statement with the date and time of debit.
Kindly look into the matter.
