National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll deducted even the vehicle did not travelled on toll road, second complaint

I have faced deduction of toll amount for 12 occasions (from 17th May till date) even I have not/my vehicle has not crossed any toll road. I am using PayTM fastag, and after escalating this to PayTM customer care number, I have got refund of just 5 incorrect deductions only. Remaining 7 deductions, I have not yet got any refund.
