National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll naka at khopoli exit towards shedung not accepting fast tag

Fast tag machine as well as gun was not working, they refused to accept fast tag and was forced to pay toll of Rs46 by cash. Our fast tag was read at Vashi toll properly which was also shown to them. However they refused to accept fault in their machine. Our fast tag even worked on shedung toll later. Can you please look into this urgently and ask them to get this sorted. Same thing happened at hoskote chintamani highway near bangalore. They are not accepting fast tag and forcing computer to pay cash. When I refused to pay cash they blocked the road with a barricade. They forced me to pay Rs55. Please look into all this irregularities. I am going to submit a fresh complain on this.
