National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll plaza at Sanathal Ahmedabad

There are four gates at the Sanathal Toll plaza but most of the time only one gate has the toll collector sitting in it while other gates are closed leading to long queue and traffic jam. Please resolve the issue at earliest
