National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll Plaza forcefully took Money

Hello Sir,

My Car no is : RJ147C4891
I am already holding Fast tag. On 2nd feb, 2021, I was crossing Tatiyawas Toll plaza (Jaipur-Ringus). Instead of Fasttag scanning, Toll forced me to pay in cash with panelty mentioning Fine for non-Fasttag.
When I denied, they started fighting with my family.

Please look into this.
