National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll plaza has charged and refused to give receipt

While crossing the toll plaza my tag amount was low the toll person told me to pays Rs. 70. I asked him that I will recharge my tag and pay, my vehcile is registered with that toll for local vehicle, but he told me that will scan it only after 30 minutes. And ask me to pay Rs 35 but without recipt. When I said why u will not give reciept he started abusing and threatend me. I got scared and paid Rs 35 and they have not given any recipt to me. My vehcile no. Is MP17CC2944. Toll plaza name Jognihai. DIST Rewa (MP) lane no.1 NH 31, 19 km from Rewa on Rewa (MP) to Varanasi road(UP). I have the video of the incidence. My name is A S Chauhan.
