National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll plaza poor service and violation of rules

Address:Shivpuri-Kota Highway

At the Mundiyar toll plaza on 02 June 2022, 08:35 AM, my car was stopped for more than 3-4 minutes due to improper functioning of fastag scanner, which violated the rule of that any vehicle cannot stop at any toll plaza for more than 10 seconds.
So, according to the rules I request that please refund my amount as I have the right to it given by NHAI.And please take required action against the Toll plaza organization.
