National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll Refund and exemption required for MH12 car at Khed Shivapur toll plaza

Khed Shivapur Toll is free for MH12 Pune passing Cars.

But every time i cross this toll there is deduction from FastTag wallet and there is no provision to refund as well for extra toll collection. I almost paid Rs. 600 till now and every time the staff is saying we can’t do anything in it.

Please fix this issue or provide exemption for my car MH 12 PH 2027 at Khed shivapur toll plaze
