National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll road have gutters and not maintained

I was traveling in through Etturvattam Toll plaza on 15/01/2018.

The road was having gutters. Two time i made a sudden break at the speed of 80Km, Thank god, there was no vehicle behind me, which could lead to a magor accident.

We are paying Toll for a peace of mind drive. But i felt opposite while driving through this tool. The car was Bumping frequently.

Due to heave vehicle like trucks left tire marks and that part is lower. The center part is higher. ( I am not sure how to explain this)

I can see poor patch works as well which also giving a lot of shake to the vehicle.
