National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll tax at karnal highway no 1

I had been travelling from Mathura To Panchkula(Haryana) on 15th April 2019 around 12 pm when I showed my Freedom Fighter ID card the toll plaza employ refused to accept that card .After some arguments he became aggressive and rude and forced to pay me the toll tax whose receipt attached along with Freedom Fighters ID card for your perusal.
You are requested to look into this matter and take necessary corrective measurer.
