National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — toll tax charged from army officer while travelling from kanpur to lucknow

While travelling from kanpur to lucknow, i was not exempted from tax and wqas rudely told that no army is going to work here. i am an army officer and i am really sorry to see such a state . please look to it. well just let you know under para 3a, it is specified that toll is free for army personel, all 3 forces but other than all other states these things are followed why not in uttar pradesh
