National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll tax deducted despite showing exemption documents in respect of army officer

NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari Hello sirs .Is this a way u treat a serving Army officer at a Toll Plaza .The manager behaviour was very rude .Despite showing the documents for exemption as per regulations, the manager charged for the transfer of my car & my luggage .Pls do atleast something for those who are serving nation and giving their life to it.
