I was coming from Amroha to reach Delhi at night around 10 p.m on 05/01/2023. I saw massive traffic jam at Brijghat toll plaza. I was in a long queue of halted cars. When I reached very near to toll plaza barrier. Toll booth man told me that I have too low balance to pay. But I checked my paytm wallet it had more than 800. Despite this Toll plaza personnel told me that u don't have sufficient balance in your paytm wallet and asked me to deposit Rs. 190 instead of Rs. 95. I quickly opened my paytm wallet balance and showed him and proved in front of him that I have sufficient balance in my fast Tag. He said jaldi karo jaam ho raha he apke peeche. So that I could give him Rs190 in hurry without checking my paytm wallet fast tag balance. This is their policy of thugging our innocent Indian citizens. Our govt should stop this and arrest them as soon as possible to such type of thugs. Warna ye kitno ko choona laga chuke honge.
