National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — took me 30 min to cross the toll plaza

Dear sir,
Recently i was traveling from punjab to delhi and even with the fasttag it took me 30-40 min to cross the toll plaza because of stupid truck drivers who didn’t had fasttag. You are requested to do the needful so that people like me don’t have to wait for so long. Maybe by making separate lines for cars and trucks or by taking some other needful action.
