National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — two toll collection for the same stretch ulundurpet-padalur

In the chennai – trichy highway, between padalur and ulundurpet strech there are two tolls.

1. At sengurichy (Ulundurpet-padalur) (Bot)
2. At thirumandurai (Ulundurpet-padalur) (Bot)

Since the stretch is same for the two toll plazas, why should any one pay at both (1 &2) tolls while going from chennai to trichy. Whereas in other tolls it is collected once for a stretch. Your prompt reply will be appreciated.
