National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — underpass not available at nh-71 for silani village to babra village road crossing

Dear sir,
Our village silani is situated near jhajjar city. About 1km part of nh-1 passing over our village and this 1km road have no underpass for crossing to go to babra village and our fields due to which many accidents have been happened. A school bus also got accident causing sever injury to 11 kids.
So it is our humble request to construct a underpass at mentioned site to avoid a fatal loss of villagers and others.
