National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unjust deduction from Fastag

Whenever I pass through toll, in spite of informing the toll staff that I am local resident(pass) there is deduction from my fast tag which is known to me only later.
The other issue is that there is deduction every time we pass, return trip again deduction for the same trip.
