on 22.03.2021 I visited to Ramnagar through Meerut to Joya on Bareilly road and returned on 23rd March. Vehicle used DL5cj4477 with Fastag card. When I returned back on 23rd March'2021. In late hours I reached at Brijghat Toll and operator said that scanning of fastag is not receiving amount due to the insufficient balance in paytm/Fastag. double amount was charged in cash.
In this connection it is to submit the that sufficient balance was in Fastag linked account/Paytm copy of account is attached for ready reference.
It has been known from the reliable sources that it is willful action by the operators and unnecessary double amount being charged.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter and additional amount charged by the toll booth may be refunded to my Fastag card.
