National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unnecessary charges paid at Khed Shivapur- Pune to Kolhapur NH48 highway

Dear Team,

I am a Pune resident and travelled to Kolhapur on 05.03.2021. I own a car having a number plate of MH-12HFXXXX
Then also toll booth deducted the amount Rs.95 of toll from fasttag account.

When I crossed the toll, I didnt receive any message of deduction and later on I realized that it has been deducted.

Please let me know how can I claim my refund of the toll paid.
How can you charge Pune vehicles when clearly there is no toll Pune citizens.
