National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unnecessary deduction of toll tax of govt employee

I passed through lachiwala toll plaza and showed my govt id card to the executive. He opened the government employee lane gate for me but after that also my toll get deducted. Also while returning it got deducted in similar fashion. If government gave us concession, who are you to deduct taxes without asking?
