Yesterday on 05.06.2021 at 4:15 PM we have reached at Hindoli Toll Plaza, but at there scanner were not working properly resulted that Fast Tag could not scanned and employees working there shifted my car in all the four lines but in none of the line scanner was working and employees replied that we could not done any thing in this matter, this is issue related to NHAI and our toll plaza has not any Hand Scanner. If you want to cross the toll plaza you must pay double toll tax and they also replied that you may complaint in NHAI but you must pay double toll tax.
Ultimately after 15 minutes I paid double toll tax of Rs. 280.00 in cash (receipt enclosed herewith), than they allow me to pass the toll plaza. I want to mention here that my fast is working properly and it was scanned at toll plaza Tonk and at toll plaza Shivdaspura (Jaipur) just after this incidence.
I request you to please look in the matter, I need my money refund, Please take a action immediately.
