National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unnecessary paid penalty due to server down of nhai

Sir,
On 22 Feb I have paid unnecessary penalty even though I had balance in my fast tag of 300 rs. They were saying NHAI server is down you have to pay penalty.
On Mr Mohit Kumar, SI said he is senior most. Do whatever you have to do. But you have to pay penalty.
Kindly resolve the issue.
