National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — unprofessional behaviour by staff at nevase phata toll on pune-aurangabad road

Staff at toll collection - nevase phata on pune - ahmednagar-aurangabad is totally unprofessional.
They give bad words to commuters. No proper arrangement for vehicles passing.
I am victim o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of toll staff, they are not allowing smooth traffic at toll naka.
The place is on pune-ahmednagar-aurangabad hiway. The location of toll naka is couple of kilometres from nevase city.
Please take action against the staff for easy passing of vehicles through the toll naka.
