National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unwanted toll taken on toll plaza through fastag

Am resident of pune since 35 years, we travlled from pune to bhor and in between we have to pass through khed shivapur toll plaza but being from pune Mh12 we are not charged but as i see we are being everytime we pass kindly take this in consideration and pls refund my money
