Sir, I am working in SBI and using Sbifastag on my car KL44E9146 since 2018 (while purchasing a new car). Now I am not able to recharge because it says that fastag KYC to be upgraded. Accordingly I contacted cust care[protected] & 1033. On their instruction I have sent self attested copies of my RC, Aadhar card, PAN card, License, Photo etc to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 04.02.2021. After that I contacted them many times and sent all the reqd docs again from my mail ids polly.[protected]@rediffmail.com & polly.[protected]@sbi.co.in but till now its not done. Please instruct them to upgrade my fastag KYC immediately because I am paying double charge at toll plazas. Was this information helpful? |
