National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Violation of NHAI rules and forcefully collecting toll charges

My vehicle MH46BQ9031 was stuck in a queue for more than 3 min due to technical issues from the toll booth side on the date 2 June 2022, and as per the rule of NHAI vehicle should cross the toll in 10 seconds otherwise toll will be deducted but still toll charges deducted from fastag, for this I registered a complaint in complaint book also
