National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wait for fastag scan more than 2 minutes

I recently pass through yedashi toll plaza on 12/02/2022 at 9.16 am
There is no other vehicles on toll plaza line but the toll plaza take more than 2 minuts for fastag scan. When I ask employ for reason he rudely say that the scan is in process.
