National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Waiting for toll for 15 mins

I waited for paying toll via fastag for about 15 mins on expressway (pune mumbai) toll plaza on 8/8/2022 at 7.45 pm to 8.00 pm. This has wasted my precious time due to negligence caused by staff. This caused me unnecessary headache and anxiety.
