I have faced this issue for a second time in toll plaza near JELLIPALLI TOLL PLAZA, ANANTAPUR.
even though my wallet has a balance and the tag is intact and active. every time when i pass through this plaza. employees from this plaza say that my wallet is black listed with out testing what is the issue and demand for double toll fee.
on 1st of march i was travelling from Anantapur to Bellary when i passed though this plaza. employees in that sift has demanded to give double fee saying my account is black listed. not sure the issue is with the fasttag or the sensors in that toll plaza. I have not faced such issues in any other toll plazas.
they have simply demanded to pay double instued of checking with hand held scanner or any other mode.

So please check what was this issue. i can keep explain this to every toll plaza. please rectify this on why should I pay double fee even though i have a fast tat with full balance.
