National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — whether road survey done nh 205 in piler?

Hi sir, I have a plot in piler (Tirupati to madanapalli) adjacent village bodumalluvaripalli village. Recently nh authorities has been placed a nh stone adjacent to my plot. Please let me know that what is the total road width including drainage and service roads and middle divider. If my plot is acquiring for nh 205 road what is compensation i will get it. Like the compensation is market value or government guideline value. Ex: the gov value is around rs.185 per square feet is there and where as market value approximately is around rs.920 per square feet cost. Which will nh authorities or state gov will consider? Most untrained staff at toll booths. No dedicated Fast Tag Lane provided at Bagwada Toll booth as declared by Ministry of Highways (starting 01/09/2017), Trucks are entered in lanes provided for LMV, whereas all LMVs are routed through the left lanes. Nothing done for heavy vehicles driving on the fast lane all throughout the Highways.
