National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — windshield of my car is broken by toll barrier

Toll situated near daurala, the barriers was not functioning properly due to which windshield of my car is broken. It could have been more serious accident, abd could be life threating. Toll staf was not trying to help and also not excepting their fault.
Please take serious action other wise the conscience for not taking appropriate action will be worse.
