National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong deduction of toll 190/-

I have enter from KMP Western peripheral Asoda toll plaza haryana at 7:45 am on 24 May, 2023. But as soon i enter the toll I was feeling not well and stop my car on toll for next 5 min . After that I exit from same toll back at 7:53 am just after 7-8 min due to health issue . But on 26 may 2023 I got the message of deduction of 190/- rs of this time. What is this. No one can I'll .. and same entry exit within 10 min and toll deducted 190/- why ? How? Kindly return this toll amount .
