Hi this is Aaron Lewis I am really sorry actually yesterday was my exam of 10th of Economic but the center was very far from my place I couldn't make it to reach on time and even the traffic was there i can't even reach half of the way. So what can I do now further ?

1. My enrollment number is M[protected] made in April 2020 for Senior Secondary. Immediate after my admission, I was required to change my Study Center under reference number A[protected] after paying the due charges in this regard copy attached below.

2. However now, while my recent visit to the newly allotted Study Center (Aliganj, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi), the Center told me that my enrollment is not marked to their Study Center and is still pending from HQ side and this Center is not giving receipt of my TMAs given on 27 Dec 2020 and my TMAs ate being pending in web site.

3. Thus it is requested to update my Study Center and directing the Center to confirm receipt/submission of my TMAs given to them and update the web site regarding TMAs under my intimation.

2. Despite passing a period of 9 months I have not received my Study material / books so far. I have contacted the toll free number but have been hearing recorded mags and the call gets disconnected. I have contacted the pune regional office number today but no one answered the call. I have called nios book dispatch centre today but no one answered the call even after dialling the number umpteen times. I have sent many emails to book center, but they did not response.

3. My Study Center (Aliganj, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi) says books will come at home by post.

3. Thus it is requested to arrange to send Study material at my home urgently. My study is getting affected severely.

I want to take the admission via online portal as NIOS suggested but I am not able to select Study centre option because it is showing disabled.Due to this I am not able to take the senior secondary admission.I have tried to contact NIOS admission division but all given contact number are not in service.I made many times call to given toll free number but they cut the phone without giving any solution.Made a query as well as mail also but still there is no response.so request to you please check and do needful.

Hi, my name is Krishna Kamble, my email ID is krishna.[protected]@gmail.com. I applied for admission for my wife in November 2019. The reference number is N[protected].
Before taking the admission, I had consulted someone on the NIOS helpline number, i.e.,[protected]. My wife didn't have a 9th passing certificate; therefore, I was instructed to submit a letter stating that she can read and write and on that pretext she could get an admission in SSC. I followed the instructions; however, my admission was rejected stating that I had selected her last qualification as 8th pass. Now they are refusing to give me my fees money back stating that once an admission gets rejected the fees are not refundable. Also, to retake the admission, I have to pay the full fees plus additional Rs 750.
I need help. Please assist me.

My querries are
Due to Covid Pandamic Situation in july, august 2020(also study centre closed), I submitted the TMA OF SENIOR SECONDARY EXAM through SPEED POST(Tracking number EW[protected]IN) 22th july 2020, and the TMA received by NIOS REGIONAL CENTRE KOLKATA ON 03th August 2020.

But till date 06th Dec 2020, My TMA Status show TMA Submission pending.

PLEASE UPLOAD MY TMA MARKS, SO THAT I CAN SIT THE EXAM

I have registered for senior secondary exam for stream 1 2021 on 18 September 2020 And my admission is still not confirmed. If there is any fault in my admission then do please refund me my money. This types of things are notified exceptable the customers care is Not even bothered to receive the calls. Am calling from past few months.
If you are notified able to resolve my issue then I have to lodge An FIR against you And will also go against RTI as you people are not even giving the Information.

I have passed the 10 STD exam and downloaded the online marksheet which states that I have passed in the exam.
The results were declared in the month of August 2020.

However, I haven't rec'd the original marksheet, pass and other certificates till date.I request you to send the original marksheet and requisite certificates by postal mail at the below mentioned address:

This email was sent to important email addresses of Nios management and other staff. But did not receive any reply from them regarding my request. Hence I am registering this complaint.

Dear sir
I have applied for 10+2. I have paid fees of rs. 1350/- by paytm upi on 31/oct/2020 . The fees is deducted from my bank and then nios payment portal shows transaction failed and in my dashboard it shows pending when i open my nios profile. My upi id is[protected]

I did payment for my sister's 12th open school on 30 October of rs 3570 from Paytm payments bank UPI reference:[protected] but I haven't got the payment confirmation on the website till this date I want a refund asap as due to this my sister took admission in another institution now
