Respected sir/ madam,
I am sending email to you since my course payment was done on 16 july 2019 and admission status had been confirmed on oct 06 2019. However, i have not rec'd the requisite books to commence the studies even after more than 3 months since registration and payment was done. I have contacted the toll free number but have been hearing recorded mags and the call gets disconnected. I have contacted the pune regional office number today but no one answered the call. I have called nios book dispatch centre today but no one answered the call even after dialling the number umpteen times. I have sent many emails to [protected]@nios.ac.in, [protected]@nios.ac.in, [protected]@nios.ac.in with my enrollment number and home address requesting them to send the course books at my address or if books are sent then provide the tracking number so that i can give it to my postman. Whenever, the mpdd or the rdpune people answer the call, they ask me to wait for 1 week which i have waited. They do not provide any written or email reply with the tracking number if they have posted the books to my address. Howevere not rec'd any written or email response from them regarding my books.

No books dispatch status visible when logged in to my nios account.

After deliberation, i am contacting you with the requisite details for assisting me in getting the study material delivered at my address.

I request you to provide an answer or resolve my query otherwise how will i commence my studies without the books.

I have paid the D led supply exam fee i.e., Rs.260 through SBI net banking. Due to your server problem first time the payment was cancelled. And then later when the second time payment is done but my exam fee status is showing still not paid. Your merchant account site is very poor. Please refund my amount or change my exam fee status.

I have applied for duplicate pass certificate on[protected] by speed post according to the procedure of applying pass certificate but still i didn't receive my pass certificate of 12th. I have paid 450 rs by sbi (Dd). And i am trying to contact to nios contact numbers given in website but no one is answering.

My name is suraj sharma and i gave my 12th with the roll number[protected] in the year 2012 and this year i. E 2019 i applied for duplicate passing certificate but i did not receive the passing certificate even after a month as i have to give my promotional exams which is impossible without the certificate please help me as it has been a month of me waiting for it. I need that certificate on urgent basis i have sent the bank draft and every document required and no proper information is being given by the nios helpline whenever i call then they reply by saying that please call in the evening and one time i even got a reply that it has not been recieved while the indian post tracking clearly says that the mail has been recieved.

I have applied admission for 12th claas. But some documents error ouccered. So, addmission process was stopped.
But now i did all the corrections in the form.
But it shows same error now, i was mailed regarding this but no reply from the nios. After some days the last date will expire and they will cancel the addmission.

I am a physically handicapped in service teacher.in the time of d-el-ed registration which was conducted by nios i was compelled to select general categories option because there was no conception about dibyang. Dibyang was a first-time word in my life. So, naturally having 46% marks of senior secondary exam my d-el-ed result shows nc. (50% marks is mandatory for general category).
I beg to draw your kind attention for correction my category.

Dear sir
My son written april 12th exam, paid for re evaluation for chemistry bio and physics, he has 16 marks in chemistry and 12 marks in bio for thoery expecting he will pass in re evaluation, but still his re evaluation result not come till today for bio and chemistry, yesterday july sessionb result came in that 16 marks of chemistry result come down to 2 marks, bio has no change, i wish to say no evaluation actualy happening in nios for science stream, so the re evaluation result of april came for some students only not for all. Please do the needful as per nios credit accumulation policy heighest marks will maintain in results, but nw showing reduced marks. No phones and emails of nios official are replying. Now we registered for oct exam for physics bio and chemistry subjects, i afaraid if he not attend for practical which already passed in april exam, when result publish for oct, it wl show as absent. I saw some students result they applied for ondemand and not present, thier result showing absent and thier old marks are vanished. Pls help so many o[censored]s struggling with no sleep.

I have a complaint for not getting my revaluation marks for the exam which i have attend on the month of april 2019. I have been wakting for this long to get my result and get into a college but now and its been 112 days exact and i havent still recieved any updates or any infoation about the results. And when ever i try contacting the nios office it is always busy and not working and when i finally get the person to talk to he or she would not be knowing anything about the when its coming or even if it under process.

With due respect, i would like to bring it to your notice that nios has been doing such a wonderful job for students who can't study in regular schools. However, its really saddening that there are certain ais associated with nios in agra who ask for bribe for conduction of practical exams.

I hope some honest person would come and help students make education bribe free.

We submitted the application, almost 1.5 months before, so far no confirmation, still the application status is document verification in progress. The toll free :[protected] is very bad, no one pickup most of the times, even if they pickup, the voice is not clear, they always say 1 week to 10 days will take. I spoke to them couple of times, gave the same answer. Really very disappointing. If our education system/nios itself is not sincere, then how students will follow the sincerity.

Dear sir i applied for admission in senior secondary on 18 feb 2017 and i paid admission fee also but i didnt submitted documents in head office because i hospitalized due to serious injury. Now i want to continue but i cant able to see anything on site.

I have given hs from nios in october 2018, i have appeared for all exam, my enrollment no is[protected]. But in result shows absent in one practical, i have complained about it to study centre, they told they have given all things to nios, and confirmed about my appearance in peactical. So i have to wait for correction of result but still now no correction have nade. For dled 50%marks require but for the ab result i cannot able to get dled...

Sir, deled marksheet ke 200 rupee study center charge le rahe h kya nios marksheet ke bhi paise charge kar raha h marksheet to free provide ki jati h humne course ki puri fee di h to marksheet ke extra charge kyo le rahe h study center wale. S. S. Public school gadarpur u s nagar uttarakhand le raha subhi bacho se 200 rupee mujhse bhi leye h 26.08.2019 ko. Please help me refund my money

I have submitted tma of subject english (302) and bengali (303) at the month of october, 2018 but in my result there is showing (Ab) absent on tma, i have communicated with the study center code 200025 and that center person saying that i have nothing to do about this result. He agreed that i have submitted tma.
I tried to contact with you contact no and email address several time but no reply has got from your side.
So, i want to ask that why there is showing absent and when it will be rectified. Please solve my problem.

I had made payment of rupees 2600 on 31 aug 2019 as the payment status is pending so i again made payment of rupees 2600 this time status is successful.

I made contact with my bank their response is that they had already transfer the amount to respective nios account..

Tried to contact nios their response is that send email to [protected]@nios.in.

After sending email multiple time there is no response from their side as well as no refund of amount initiated..

Hope consumer portal would resolve my query..

I received my 12th results from nios in month of june, the results were wrong, had been given absent in tma and single digit marks in theory i applied for re evaluation in june itself and as of today in month of august, i haven't received any update regarding the result. If this is not playing with a students career i don't know what it is then. Very disappointed

I've given the senior secondary examination of nios this year 2019-20. And previously i've submitted my team in the given a. I center but when my result came my tma section was marked absent and my aggregate was 45% and i complained numerous times but they didn't gave an answer for this so i made the tma assignments again and submitted them with a fine. But they taking it very slow to add my marks and it is a road block in my admission to jamia college in delhi. My future is at stake and i blame nios for this. If my admission will not happen i'll commit suicide and sue nios for this.
