Respected Sir/Madam,
My Reference Number is - A[protected] & My Enrollment Number is[protected]. I have applied for Class 12 Stream-1 Block - 1 Examination for 2023. In my application instead of "PRIYANSHU" mistakenly it has written "PRIYANHU".

After this I had visited my NIOS Regional Headquarters and as I had missed "s" in my name they suggested making a name change request and just adding the marksheet. I do it.

For the correction of my name, I applied for a Name change request with request Id[protected] and its status has been verified on July 27 2022, but my name in the dashboard as well as the application form has not been updated. It is showing Request Pending. Also in my notifications it is showing that my request has been finally verified. I had attested the Payment Proof with all the details as well as the proof of final verified notification and request pending page too.

I had written a lot of Emails to the Regional Headquarter as well as the NIOS Board but no reply came. I have attested the Email Proofs of Mails sent by me.

I live in Patna alone and I belong to a very low standard family. My financial condition is very bad. So it's impossible for me to Give my name in the newspaper and run to the courts for the Affidavit. I had attested my 10th CBSE Board marksheet and Aadhar Card in which it is clearly mentioned my name as "PRIYANSHU" not "PRIYANHU".

So, it is my humble request to you to please correct my name because all these incidents are making me suffer mentally. Please reply back.

I have successfully complete NIOS 10 th course, but my passed certificate is not given to me, i have already visited regional centre kochi in regarding this, contacted toll free number and talked to their executives, but not giving a right answer, their attitude is not good towards their students. so thats why i complaint here. my enrollment no.[protected]... and a complaint grievance number 06-[protected]... kindly help me in this issue..thank you.

I have done my registration for nios on 14 September 2022. Payment of ₹ 2550 was done on same day. But is is showing application status and payment status pending. I didn't get any email from nios.

I applied for 12th std in nios on Aug 31, 2022, and paid fees for some of RS:3170 and I got a response from nios to do the name correction through nonjudicial stamp paper signed by the notary. while trying to submit the corrected documents on the nios website I continuously encounter an error, which doesn't allow me to upload the documents.I have directly reached out to nios regional center in Chennai (Lady Wellington campus, 600005) but there has been no proper response from the nios staff.

I am unable to complete admission process online due to technical issue. The online process asks for selection of "Nearest post office" and the option does not show up. I have raised complaint on 10-Aug-2022 to lsc and there is no response. I have called NIOS tool free number several times to check the reason for poor response for IT department but there is no progress.

The response from IT department is too slow and poor. This is blocking my time and effort to complete the online application form on time. Request you to resolve this complaint ASAP.

TMA of paper 510 NIOS Course DELED 2017-19 was marked AB and was never credited with marks after two years now

Hi NIOS hope you are there to solve my problem. If you have found this complaint please write back so I could know you do have concern to my issue. To make it short, this NIOS results have broken all muscles and bones of mine.

I had submitted all TMAs and cleared all theory papers EXCEPT the TMA of 510 which was put AB in mark sheet and the result was declared XXXX.

I had complained about it to the centre and they, to the Meghalaya DERT and state Coordinator Shri S. Pde but after more than two years the matter was not resolved.

I was shocked still I am now to experience by myself how pathetic a condition I have been facing now. Now it's 2022 still the TMA of 510 is in AB status.

From my part I did all that I must like, submitting the assignment way before the due date, but, from NIOS they didn't do their part. They didn't do it even after many compliments made to them.

I felt helpless and sad by your action.

If you are a human (not NIOS comp system) I hope you understand how it feels like.

Dear Sir, I applied to take admission in Sr. Secondary (Block-1) program for my niece named as Priya Singh, Father's Name: Rajesh Singh, I paid the required fee through UPI of Rs. 1700/- on 30th July 2022. The amount was deducted from my Account but still, the Payment option is showing on the online application form for payment. I contacted my Bank and collected details of the transaction. as long as the Payment option is showing further process of form fill-up can not be completed. So I contacted my Bank for details of the transaction. According to bank details, the transaction stands marked as paid in their systems and the same has been remitted to the beneficiary bank.
I made several calls to Patna Regional office and also called on Toll-Free number but no one responded. On the very same day of incidence 30 July, I emailed the Patna Regional office and Head Quarters of NIOS as well as made several calls. I've attached all the details regarding emails in the photo section option.
I only want the issue to be resolved and for my niece to get admission to NIOS.

I have paid my admission fees of Rs -3150rs onemonth ago my transaction was successful yet my payment status is showing pendingnoteven my enrollment no.and reference no.is generated due to there illegal no refund policy they deny to refund my money I have send them many emails called on their toll free no. they are not responding this instituition is a very irresponsible institution they have really bad services.
