I am Archan Bose, enrollment number[protected] had applied for subjects change through e service of NIOS. My amount got deducted but the transaction is showing nothing.

Honestly i thought this institute is a good option to continue my studies but I'm disappointed. I've applied for the secondary course on 02/03/2022 and it's been almost two months and yet my admission isn't completed. it always shows document verification in progress i mean when in the world they process the admission even i paid full fees i haven't got study materials and the worst part their helpline numbers they never pick calls nor they reply your emails it's not an institute for students it's a website for scamming poor students. I mean how should a student know what documents needed what to do or what to not . They just takes money and after that they don't care about you or your studies at all and the worst part of this there's not a proper channel to communicate with them and if you didn't submitted your documents of failed to submit your admission will be cancelled and they won't refund you a penny. It's just a clear way of making money by playing with students futures.

I did D.EL.ED under NIOS in 2019. But my Higher secondary mark was low and now I gave betterment exam and gained the percentage.( According to the norms)
Even though there is no any provision updated by NIOS till date so that I can get my certificate which I have cleared.

I have given exam in 2020 but they have failed me coz i have 3 language subjects so I have to give 1 more subject in Dec 2021 and I passed it but still I didn't get my certificates so I am not unable to take admission for my further studies they have wasted my 3 yrs for no reason
