Dear sir,

I had the honour to seek admission in 10+2 applying online and accordingly appeared in exams conducted in april-may 2016. All exams were over with no unusual observation. I practiced highest ethical standards through the exams and accordingly was never even pointed out for anything undesirable. I can vouch my conduct was examplary.

Ironically on 6 june while the results for 10+2 students have been declared my result is rw. When my father visited the aliganj sarvodya vidyalya where i had appeared in exams on allocation by choice by nios, it was learn't that there has been some complaint against the center owing to which the rw in r/o all 500+ students who appeared for 10+2 from this center.

I m constrained to state that my responsibility is limited to my own conduct during the exam and no way i can be made to share the responsibility of the center for whatsoever.

Even if there is complaint against the center the concrete facts be ascertained and those who faulted may be penalized. The share of mass penalty imposed by way of rw in r/o me is blatantly unlawful and shear injustice.

It shouldn't call for knowledge of rocket science that once the exams were over in flawless fashion how an observation has cropped up at the time of result.

A general complaint based on any developments to which i was never a party nor responsible in any way may not be used against my interests and my result issued w/o any further delay.

I am afraid it may deprive me from seeking admission in choicest course in choicest college for no fault of mine. The inadequacies of the nios management to ensure flawless conduct of exams in the said center even if true may not allow the nios to punish the poor students like me who had burnt mid night oil through the year dreaming to secure admission in lead college in du.

Today ( 22/03/2016) was my mass communication practical examination at 10:00 am
We waited till 1:30pm
But no exam was held
Due to principal of the school
Shahpur jaat government school...
I want my exam to reschedule
Otherwise i will file a case against nios

My reference no-N[protected].sir i have paid the fees and the balance has been deducted from my account but again it showing that the fees is not done.so kindly have a look to my problem and resolve it.

NIOS is an autonomous organisation under MHRD. This organisation runs 10th and 12th class course for the students who can not regularly attend the schools.
In Oct-Nov 2015 exam. there were exam centers at bhind, betul, indore, sheopur where students did mass copying and reports regarding this were published in newspapers but any strict action has not been taken in this regard.
In betul district there were two exam centers
Ebenezer Hr. Sec. School, Village Motidhana and
St. Marks Hr. Sec. School, Sarni
Total 1000 students were registered at these exam centers. All the students registered belong to Odisha, they never come to MP. These students pay 20 - 40000 rupees to education mafia for 10th or 12th pass marksheet. Being a poor state it is astonishing that how they pay so much just for 10th marksheet. There is suspicion that they may be doing this for Indian Citizenship, to create different identity with different name or to reduce age in govt. records.
These students did not appear for the exam but there answersheets were written somewhere else and were sent for evaluation. All the students registered at these schools are from Odisha and they even do not know about exam center or anything else.
If strict action is not taken in this regard, these students will pass 10th or 12th without appearance and will tarnish image of MP in education.

I had filled form as stenography wrongly instead secretial practice i have many time request to nios throuth email. but not yet cancelled the form toward again form fillup as course a secretial practice and that Ihave tried to toll free no.[protected], they have on reply the same my details given below;-

Tired calling NIOS customer care, Learner Support Centre (LSC) Toll Free No.[protected] several times from past 2-3 weeks, but whenever i press 9 to get connected with the representative for clarifying some doubts, THE CALL GETS DISCONNECTED. Tried contacting on all number of headquarter officials (chairman, secretary and rest). and even tired to reach Regional center but unfortunately, No one answers the call. Tired sending a mail to [protected]@nios.ac.in haven't received any reply from NIOS. The is very disappointing and frustrating. I feel like i'm helpless.

sir i am visal mallick enrol no :[protected] i given as exam for secondary in 2013- and 2014 but my result show same last resut 2013 and 2014 ..how can possible that my previos result and latest result would be same in number ...please clarify it...and recheking my copies ...

I N.Sai Deekshitha Enrol.No.[protected] has completeted my Sr.Secondary Exam in April 2014 and received all my certificates i.e.marks statement, provisional and migeration cum transfer certificate but in those certificate my mother's name is spelt wrong. Hence I applied for correction to the Regional DIrector, Hyderabad-500060 with all original certificates and 100/- (Hundred Rupees Only)Demand Draft.Till now I did get any information regarding it.Hence I request you in person to kindly look into the matter and favour with necessary action. Due to delay Iam facing lot of problem in my academics. Kindly consider the case and oblige.

I want to give my complaint against our postman in gurgaon. I am living on rent and never received my couriers and letters which comes by post. My son's notes comes through despatch but we did not received that. I think it is totally negligence of postman who works in our area and should strict action against him. I spoke to him also but he denies for his mistake..

Respected Sir/ Mam, I applied for admission in National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Noida for one year vocational course “Certificate in Computer Application” (vide reference no. V1334455) on 31st October 2013 through online admission procedure (after various times confirmations by NIOS representatives on NIOS tollfree no.[protected]. I paid all the fee of course by online (payment receiving slip attached herewith) and dispatched all the required documents along fee confirmation status printout to the concerned address {Incharge (Online Vocational Admission), Vocational Education Department, National Institute of Open Schooling, A24/25, Institutional Area, Sector-62, NOIDA-201309, UP} which is mentioned on Acknowledgement Receipt (attached herewith). I got confirmation status for my admission through NIOS website (confirmation status attached herewith). Matter-1 : I do not receive Student Identity Card and my books yet (even after 10 months) from NIOS. Matter-2 : The AI centre (study centre) which is allotted to me is not located at the address which provided in NIOS prospectus and all the provided contract numbers of that AI centre are wrong. I approach to another location (as told to me by nearby peoples of that location) but that was also wrong. I request NIOS (Headquarter- NOIDA & Regional Centre- Chandigarh) to change the allotted AI centre by email and also I met them personally (at both places- NIOS Headquarter NOIDA & Regional Centre Chandigarh) but they did not help me except some formalities. NIOS headquarter (NOIDA) ordered to NIOS regional centre (Chandigarh) to solve my problem but they did not respond to me even for one time. Whenever I called to NIOS regional centre (Chandigarh), some of the time the contact nos.[protected],[protected] found temporarily not working but most of the times no one picked the phone. And when somebody talk to me, they told me that this is not matter of Regional Centre (Chandigarh), this is a matter of NIOS headquarter (NOIDA) because you send your documents to NIOS headquarter (NOIDA). Sometimes behave of Regional Centre (Chandigarh) representative was very rude. Sir, I am a poor person who is doing a small private job, therefore my employer deduct my salary against the leaves which done by me for visiting from Rohtak (Haryana) to NOIDA & Chandigarh regarding my admission. My exams are in October-November 2014 but I am unable to prepare myself for exams without my study material & guidance/ support of study centre (AI centre). I lose my one year time and get stressed mentally, physically, financially; and the reason is NIOS Headquarter (NOIDA) & Regional Centre (Chandigarh). Hi, From last several months I am sending applications, supporting documents xerox copy, emails, letters to NIOS Regional Directors (Noida & Dehradun), Chairman & other senior persons, but no one is ready to entertain. I want to know does this is the policy of NIOS? if by mistake some one name & dob is incorrect mentioned in documents then why NIOS dont have provision to correct it & the most shocking thing is no one is ready to entertain. Many times I visited NIOS Noida Headquaters but all of them are expert in ignoring & making excuses. Whenever I try to get in touch with some one in Dehradun office through telephone call then the available number are always busy & if by mistake some one pick that call then he say no one is available here. Please call latter. Kindly start a new procedure for me & all those students who are willing to correct there name/dob in there educational documents. Regards, Vussu

But the Speed post tracking status shows Item delivered to NIOS instead of to the candidate. How we should collect the same.
