DEAR SIR,
I have been trying to get my fees transferred from STREAM IV to STREAM 1 .Ihave already written to the chairman NIOS via letter dated 29/08/09.I have submitted a letter to the chairman on[protected]recieving no:282 D).I had deposited money via credit card
(an amount of rs 1350).Please help me by getting my payment transferred to the correct sttream.

Mein 27 April 2009 ko NIOS se Senior Secondry se Economics(318) ka Paper diya lakin mera result with held ho gaya na to unki pass koi proof hai nahi mera paper mein se koi nakal nikle hai.. Mein Unki pass 1 Affidvate bheja tha 3 July 2009 speed Post se lakin unho ne koi answer nahi diya... Mein 3 Mail me kar thi lakin unhne uska sahi answer nahi diya...
