but yet i did not received my MARK SHEET & LEAVING CERTIFICATE, I called then many times but they did not responding properly, I request them to send my Original certificates to my new address, but yet they didn't send. so its request to do the needful and take action as soon as possible

NIOS this school is not changing my name.. as my is shahnaz i want to change my name from shahnaz to jeevika. but they not showing any interest in changing my name... they are not having any procedure of correction of name. and it is my very serious problem of mine because of that i am not able to take admission in Du.. pls help me...

i debojit das,studying in bharath university in chennai.as before taking admission in chennai i passed from NIOS in the year 2008,april exam.i got my marksheet,provisional certificate,migration too but i have not received my original pass certificate.they told us that i will be getting it in my respective study centre but after i asked them they told me to ask in guwahati nios regional centre.i too went there but they told me to come after 6 months.after i repeatedly contacted them for receiving my certificate but no reply from and now when i tried to contact regional centre ,they told me to submit affitdavit from first class magistrate and one hundred rupees demand draft.
as told abovethat neither i lost my certificate from my hand nor they send it in my home
then why i will take this affitdavit because this all are for those who lose certificate

my name is pankaj kumar and i taken admission in NIOS for my 12th class. it is very bad that we didn't get infomation when ever i called.the toll free is not is not working from last one month i try on there toll free but i didn't get any answer. even when i call some other department like regional head. they also not pick my phone. i don't know what's wrong. from last one month i tried but it always coming busy. i have lot of confusion and they didn't solve it what's the purpose.i requested to please chech your toll free number there is something wrong in that. my no is [protected].

During the last examination of NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), I sent many mails to different officials of NIOS, Chief Minister of Orissa, President of India and different national news channels regarding the doing of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik, Director of Daniel Public School, At/PO: Brajrajnagar, Dist. Jharsuguda (Orissa), but no one takes any action against him.

Again the examination time has come. It is going to be held from 12.4.2010. A bribe of huge amount is ready to the services of examination centres during the examination to help in mass copying.


It is suspected that whole team is involved in it. Sir, again I am communicating the details of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik, Director of Daniel Public School, At/PO: BRAJRAJNAGAR, Dist. Jharsuguda (Orissa) – 768216.

Moreover, the people thought that he is the only king of NIOS, but there is also a ‘Father of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik’ who is running his shop at RAJGANGPUR, Dist. Sundargarh (Orissa). They are breaking the seal of question paper 2 or 3 days before the examination and preparing the answers for the question, thereafter Xeroxing the same and supplying it to students. For some special students, separate rooms are provided with special teachers.

Sir, the income of Mr. Bijay Pattnaik is in crores, that comes from NIOS, ICSE, NGO, Christian Mission etc. He was only a clerk in Electrical Department. Presently he has opened about 25 schools in Orissa. These schools are actually the collection centres of NIOS. We are not jealous of his income. But he is cheating the states and nation. He also a criminal of Income Tax & Sales Tax Department. He is going to build a Medical College very soon in or nearby Bhubaneswar. The work of Medical College is in progress. He has also purchased a number of flats in foreign countries. He is very very dangerous than Alqueda Chief Osama Bina Laden. We are aware of the ‘Atankwadies’. But, we are not aware from the person like Mr. Pattnaik. He is playing with the life of children and weakening their foundation. It is a very serious matter. Visit during the exam time, you will find everything. Kindly take the case seriously otherwise the future of brilliant students will spoil forever.

I am attaching the different files that is send previously to the official said above, for your kind information and taking immediate action please. If immediately action is not taken the life of brilliant student of nation will spoil forever and the rate of literate youth will increase in the nation in the very very wrong way. “YOU ALSO CAN BE AN AGENT OF MR. B.K.PATTNAIK, JUST YOU HAVE TO BRING CANDIDATE FOR HIM ANYHOW. WHETHER THE STUDENT IS NINTH PASSED OR FAILED, NOTHING MATTER. THEY PROVIDE EVERYTHING AND MAKE FORGERY PASS/FAIL CERTIFICATE OF PREVIOUS EXAM. FOR THEIR ELIGIBILITY.”

Sub: Complaint regarding study material & information.

Sir,
With reference to the above cited subject, this is to inform you that I was enrolled during the year 2009 for Sr. Secondary Science Stream, for which i paid all the required fees but till date I have not yet received the study material. I was given the admit card through the registered post around one week before. Without any prepration I sat in the Examination and written all the selected subject i.e. sub. Code. 330,311,313,312. and i failed. So, who is responsible. Though I thought I shall appair next time but again i did not get any information regarding the subbmission of exam fees and the last date is over. So, please explain me why the NIOS is playing with the carier students of remote places. If NIOS cannot provide the good education then better it shuld be closed because, we the poor students don't have that much amount to pay to the NIOS all the time. I hope and belive that proper necessary action will be taken.

Mein 27 April 2009 ko NIOS se Senior Secondry se Economics(318) ka Paper diya lakin mera result with held ho gaya na to unki pass koi proof hai nahi mera paper mein se koi nakal nikle hai.. Mein Unki pass 1 Affidvate bheja tha 3 July 2009 speed Post se lakin unho ne koi answer nahi diya... Mein 3 Mail me kar thi lakin unhne uska sahi answer nahi diya...
