Last year I made a payment of nios in October session on my students portal it is showing transactions show failed but amount is gone plz tell me what to do and my result is not coming June 2021 plz contact me on this detail [protected]sahil mane

This is to bring to your attention in seeking your kind mercy to save a childs precious academic year. This Student comes from an economically backward category . His father being uneducated was jobless during the entire year during the lockdown as he was thrown out of his job by a private builder where he was working as a site supervisor.
His uncle was somehow supporting his family with ration and his tuition fees for a private tuition who was helping him prepare for his curriculum with NIOS. However during this time around Aryan had anxiety issues and had to seek professional help and was admitted in psychiatry ward in Symbiosis Hospital for about a week and when his condition deteriorated he was then shifted to ICU of Shree Minerva Hospital under a consulting Neurophysician by the name of Dr. Vishal Deshpande.
This state of their son shook their parents emotionally as they couldn't take the state of their child's mentally situation which kept them so occupied that they missed out on paying the exams fees . Who they thought was exempted for students coming from Scheduled Caste . All the required certificates were submitted while getting the admission done.
We pray for your mercy to help save this childs academic year by giving him his result as he had submitted all his assignments and project which was necessary to appear for the exams. Aryan got a shock of his life to know that he is not eligible to get his results as he did not pay his exam fees of Rs. 1250/- which I believe is too small an amount to ruin a childs precious year.
I plead your intervention in setting this right as during this pandemic many lives were ruined and we do not want one more childs future to be ruined due to high handed and merciless behaviour of this institution called NIOS.

I have registered and made payment but have not got enrolled yet

My wife's application is still at the enrollment stage and enrollment is not completed yet. I want to cancel the admission and get the refund but NIOS is denying doing so. My wife's registration details with NIOS as below. Name - HEENA FAIYAZ KADRI Reference Number - A[protected] Course - Sr. Secondary - Stream 1 Block 1 Registration and Payment Date - 2nd July 2020

Why does it take so long to confirm admission... I have already paid for the registration fee... And now I'm not able to contact anyone... The numbers given are all invalid or the numbers working also never pick up the call
What is this?
After taking the fee... Atleast they should provide a valid number for the people to call.

My daughter with registration ID M[protected] appeared for Physics exam in Jan - Feb 2021. She failed in Physics theory.
She didn't expect such a low mark and applied for re-evaluation for physics subject. She is yet to get the results for the same. Please advise if the result is announced and how I can check it or when the results will be announced.
