National Institute Of Open Schooling — i paid our exam fee but portal shows payment not submitted. please early date

I am a student of nios class secondray.
My roll no. M[m[protected]]. I paid my exam fee for subjects code 201{hindi}.216{h. Science}.223{indian cluture}. Amount 920.00 for debit card othpg 796378 dated 29.12.2018 time 4.30 pm. But my student dashboard shown fee not paid. Please conferm my fee. Because exam start march 2019 and not conferm my fee til date 26 feb.2019 and i also complaint to you 17 feb.2019 but in vain..

I have also submit a comlaint in authorties.
Please solve my problem.
