[Resolved]  National Institute Of Open Schooling — Payment deducted but transaction failed

Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. Last week (Date[protected] ; time - 09:07 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for 12th examination fees of Rs.1660/- to dled. Nios.ac.in through eazypay - icici gateway.

In brief :-

Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card then their server would be taking more time in redirecting. At last, after a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that"we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. Please close the browser and revise your payment". And after a while this page automatically took me back to the page (But fees not updated on nios website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. Then, as per this website request, i went for payment again with the same credentials of my debit card and surprisingly, this time my payment was successful. After all that, i got a transaction alert from bank of india that "your balanced has debited". Now, my question is that why did my balance deduct for 1st time despite the fact that the payment done by me at that time was failed??. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

I had made payment for admission in nios in 12th class on NIOS payment through UPI Paytm on dated 30.01.2022. The payment was confirm and deduct in my account but payment status show Payment pending and admission not confirm. So please resolve the query and help me solve this problem. How would i got my money back or admission confirm.

I made an exam_fees for nios 2023, i tried 3 times and from this 3times one time it was deducted from my account but it is written as failed in status of payment, i waited for a while for it to confirm but it isn’t so i paid by using other methods . I would like to ask for a refund on this payment.
