Dear Sir, I have registered in NIOS D.EL.ED programme. At the time of make payment i tried but at first it got failed but payment has been deducted from account. However i tried again to make payment and second time it got successfully Payment completed. So my query is that will i get refund for failure payment which is deducted from account.
