Sent from my dear sir, I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form and had made a payment of rs 4511.80 by using my sbi net banking and through citrus payment gate way while making payment. It said that"your transaction not be accepted due to following reasons" "transaction succesful". I am giving details kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
