I made a payment (Sbi ref. No.- [protected]igaccnumh4 merchant txn id - [protected]) of rs 4500 successfully on 30.09.2017. But it was not updated in dled. Nios.ac.in... Showing..."payment not made"... So i waited for 4 days to make another payment successfully. According to policy my first payment should have been refunded in my bank. Please do needful... ..
