National Institute Of Open Schooling — recovering password

Address:East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya

I have registered in nios portal for d. El. Ed course but i forgot my password. While i m trying to recover my passowrd from nios login portal. After following procedure by clicking forgot password. A recovery passowrd has sent to your email id. But when i opening my email id no msg from your end i recieved.

I am facing problem since 16th september till date please solve my problem.

Kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible...
